Southminster is proud to celebrate its 30th anniversary this month! We’ve been holding a variety of events all month long to recognize this milestone, including a Gallery Crawl of resident artwork, a Memory Wall of resident memories and connections, a video of residents and staff sharing their memories, a special play written and performed by our residents,

Southminster’s Community Fund will host its Third Annual Celebration on Wednesday, April 26th at the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art. Proceeds from the gala will benefit the Southminster Community Fund. The evening will include live entertainment, cocktails, heavy hors d’oeuvres, as well as special Keynote Speaker, Chris Lees, the Charlotte Symphony Conductor.

Mardi Gras Celebration

We’re looking forward to our Mardi Gras celebration on February 28th! We will start with a “Breakfast for Dinner” buffet in the dining room followed by a delightful jazz concert with The Rick Bean Trio in the Great Room. It promises to be a fun evening!
