Southminster's skilled nursing neighborhood is staffed twenty-four hours a day by professionally licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants. Short-term and long-term care is provided in private or semi-private rooms. Physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy are available on-site. In addition, residents are encouraged to personalize their home with favorite furniture and treasured belongings.

Our Health Center's environment is enlivened to resemble a home-like atomsphere. You will be pleasantly surprised to see animals, live plants, lots of children, and spontaneous activity. There are also many planned activities (see link below).

Priority admission is given to current residents. We do accept admissions directly from the outside community as space is available. Please call Southminster's Marketing office at 704-554-0141 for current availability.
