Do you have a loved one at Southminster you would like to send an e-mail to, but they don't have a computer? We can help! Follow these simple directions and your loved one will receive your e-mail in their mail box!

1. Click on this link: connections@southminster.org
2. Put the resident's name and residence number (apartment, cottage, or health center room number) on the subject line. Type your message and send.
3. Your message will be printed off by a Southminster volunteer, and it will be delivered to the resident's mail box within 24 hours of being printed.
4. You will receive a reply e-mail stating your message has been received.

• Residents will not be able to reply back to your e-mail
• The 'Connections' mail box will be checked by our volunteer a minimum of
  two days a week.
