Southminster is a non-profit, accredited continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our community was founded by two local churches who joined together to build a very special community for people of all faiths. Southminster is governed by a Board of Directors who serve without compensation to ensure that our community provides an excellent quality of life for our residents. Currently Southminster is building 89 new apartments, as well as a wellness center and new amenities. Please explore our site to learn more about our wonderful community.
